The National Archives of Ireland are the holders of the Irish census of 1901 and 1911.  It is they who put it online and all researchers must be grateful for such a resource.  Don't forget that there are many tens of thousands of important historical documents at the archives and their website is http://www.nationalarchives.ie/

The Valuation Office in Dublin is where the records for Surveys and Griffiths Valuation are held for each county. They have the original maps for Griffiths Valuation but there seems to be confusion as to whether or not they are available to the public. Members of Staff at the Valuation Office offer 1880 maps to the public but the website says they have the earlier maps in the archives.  Do ask!
